Starting with the edge, lift up and gently press the bra firmly unto your skin. Smooth the edges and check all edges are adhered to the skin and that no corners are lifting.

Nipple Covers: Gently remove the protective film and store somewhere safe or in your included zip bag; you will need the film after use! Starting from the bottom, lift up and press on firmly. Smooth the edges to release any air from inside. Cover the nipple cover with your hands for ten seconds for proper adhesion.

Boob Tape: Based on your outfit, determine placement of the tape. If needed, measure and cut about an inch shorter. Our boob tape allows for stretch so cut slightly shorter than measured to preserve the remainder length for future uses! Make sure to place it precisely where you want it to avoid the need for reapplication with a new strip.

Position your breast as desired, then start by peeling a corner of the tape and sticking it to your chest. Lift with one hand while using the other to gradually peel, stretch, and stick the tape. Be cautious not to peel off the entire backing at once, as it can be more challenging to place and properly stick. Smooth the edges. Apply another layer of tape for more security or a higher lift, if desired.
